1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaya30 ("phtaya30," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtaya30 website located at phtaya30.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phtaya30 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phtaya30, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phtaya30 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phtaya30 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phtaya30, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from phtaya30 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in effect.

phtaya30 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phtaya30 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the phtaya30 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active phtaya30 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. phtaya30 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya30 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phtaya30 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Ownership: Your phtaya30 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play on your account is prohibited.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phtaya30 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phtaya30 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phtaya30 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. phtaya30 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phtaya30 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to phtaya30's anti-money laundering procedures.
• Currency: All transactions on the phtaya30 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phtaya30 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your phtaya30 account in Philippine Peso (₱) and may only be used on the phtaya30 Platform.
• phtaya30 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to your account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• phtaya30 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived therefrom if phtaya30 reasonably determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
• Free spins and other non-cash promotional credits are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya30 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the phtaya30 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live dealer games or coordinating bets.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, game engine, or random number generator used on the phtaya30 Platform.
• Using the phtaya30 Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Registering an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Accessing the phtaya30 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaya30 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a game to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaya30 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of phtaya30 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtaya30 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without phtaya30's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.

The phtaya30 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phtaya30. Unauthorized use of any phtaya30 trademark is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaya30 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phtaya30's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that phtaya30 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the phtaya30 Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

In any event, phtaya30's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya30 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phtaya30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published by phtaya30.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a self-excluded player.
• Requirement to do so under applicable Philippine law or regulatory directive.

You may close your phtaya30 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

phtaya30 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the phtaya30 Platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phtaya30 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

12. Amendments to These Terms

In some cases, phtaya30 may also send a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the phtaya30 Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and phtaya30, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phtaya30's customer support team. phtaya30 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
